3.4 Campaign Information

Organizations may submit campaign-related information, including advertising platforms, campaign objectives, target audience details, geographic targeting, industry category, historical campaign information, budget ranges, forecast selections, and other campaign attributes required for prediction.

3.5 Generated Content

While using Nova, we generate information including prediction reports, forecasts, confidence scores, performance estimates, benchmark comparisons, AI-generated recommendations, scoring outputs, historical analyses, and usage history. Generated outputs are associated with the organization's workspace.

3.6 Technical Information

When the Services are used, we may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language preferences, time zone, log files, error reports, usage statistics, and performance metrics. Nova may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, remember user preferences, improve platform performance, enhance security, measure usage, and diagnose technical issues. Certain third-party providers that support the operation of Nova may also use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy practices.

Users may manage certain cookie preferences through their browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some portions of the Services.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, improve, and secure Nova. Examples include:

Service Delivery

To create organization workspaces, authenticate users, process uploaded advertisements, generate prediction reports, produce forecasts, calculate benchmark comparisons, deliver AI-generated recommendations, and provide customer support.

Credit Management

Nova operates using a credit-based usage system. Information regarding uploaded content, selected forecast horizons, subscription plans, and platform activity may be used to calculate credit consumption, allocate subscription credits, display usage history, prevent fraudulent credit activity, and maintain accurate billing records.

Credits may also be used for additional Nova services introduced in the future, including AI-powered assistance, report generation, or other platform capabilities.

Platform Improvement

We use information to improve platform performance, detect bugs, enhance reliability, optimize prediction quality, improve user experience, develop new features, monitor service health, and evaluate system effectiveness.

AI Processing and Model Improvement

Nova is an AI-powered platform that continuously evolves. To improve the quality, accuracy, reliability, benchmarking, and performance of the Services, Lunivva may analyze information submitted through Nova, including uploaded advertising content, campaign metadata, generated outputs, and related usage information.

Where appropriate and practical, information used for model improvement may be aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized before being incorporated into research, benchmarking, testing, validation, or model improvement activities. We do not sell customers' uploaded advertising creatives or confidential business information to third parties.

Customers retain ownership of the content they upload to Nova. The use of such information for improving Nova does not transfer ownership of customer content to Lunivva. Additional details regarding intellectual property and licensing are described in the Nova Terms of Service.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Information may also be used to detect unauthorized access, prevent abuse, investigate suspected violations, protect customer workspaces, and maintain the security and integrity of the Services.

Communications

We may use contact information to respond to support requests, provide important service announcements, notify organizations of platform updates, communicate security notices, send billing-related communications, and inform users about changes to our Services or policies. We do not use transactional communications for marketing purposes unless permitted by applicable law or requested by the user.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Nova relies on carefully selected third-party service providers to operate and improve the Services. These providers may assist with cloud infrastructure and hosting, data storage, artificial intelligence and machine learning services, authentication and identity management, payment processing, analytics and monitoring, email delivery, customer support, error reporting, and security or fraud prevention.

When these providers process information on our behalf, they do so only for the purposes of delivering or supporting the Services and in accordance with their applicable agreements and privacy practices. Because Nova integrates with external technologies, certain information may be transmitted to these providers when necessary to fulfill user requests or operate the platform. The providers we use may change over time as Nova evolves.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Organizations may choose to connect Nova with third-party advertising or business platforms. Where applicable, Nova may access information made available through those integrations solely for the purpose of providing requested features and analyses. Information received from third-party platforms remains subject to the permissions granted by the organization and the privacy practices of the respective platform. Lunivva is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services that are not operated by us.

8. Data Storage and International Transfers

Nova's infrastructure may be hosted using third-party cloud providers located in one or more countries. As a result, information may be stored, processed, or transferred across different jurisdictions where Nova or its service providers operate. By using the Services, organizations acknowledge that their information may be processed in locations outside their country of residence where permitted by applicable law. Lunivva takes reasonable measures to protect information during such transfers.

9. Data Security

Protecting customer information is an important part of operating Nova. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encryption of data in transit where supported, secure authentication mechanisms, role-based access controls, infrastructure monitoring, access logging, regular software updates, security reviews, and backup procedures.

No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect customer information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that authorized users follow appropriate security practices.

10. Data Retention

Nova retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain customer workspaces, generate historical reports, resolve disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, protect the integrity and security of the platform, and improve and maintain Nova. Following account termination or deletion, certain information may remain in backups or archives for a limited period before being securely removed as part of our normal operational processes. Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies an organization or individual may be retained for research, benchmarking, statistical analysis, and continued improvement of Nova.

11. Customer Data Ownership

Organizations retain ownership of the advertising content, campaign information, and other materials they upload to Nova. Nothing in this Privacy Policy transfers ownership of customer content to Lunivva.

By using Nova, organizations grant Lunivva a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, reproduce, and use submitted information solely as necessary to operate the Services, generate analyses and reports, improve prediction models, develop new platform capabilities, maintain and secure the Services, and conduct internal research and benchmarking. This license continues only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the applicable Terms of Service.

12. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on how Nova is used, organizations may be able to update organization information, modify user permissions, add or remove authorized users, update account information, request deletion of their account, or contact Lunivva regarding privacy questions. Certain information may need to be retained for operational, contractual, security, or legal reasons.

13. Children's Privacy

Nova is intended for businesses and organizations. The Services are not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Nova. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to remove such information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Lunivva may update or modify these policies from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, applicable laws, business practices, security measures, pricing, or product functionality. Material changes will become effective after reasonable notice is provided through the Services, by email, or by other appropriate means where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised policies constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

15. Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or Nova's privacy practices, you may contact us at Lunivva at support@lunivva.com.

16. Governing Language

If this Privacy Policy is translated into another language, the English version shall govern to the extent permitted by applicable law in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.

17. Entire Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy, together with the Nova Terms of Service and any additional policies incorporated by reference, describes how information is handled when using Nova. By accessing or using the Services, organizations and their authorized users acknowledge that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
